Jean Tatton Jones has sold internationally to individuals and corporate groups, including medical centres, restaurants and offices. She graduated at Leicester university and has won awards for poetry published in North America, Europe, India and Britain.

She uses a variety of media including watercolour and acrylic with themes including landscapes, sea views, creatures, flowers and abstract design. Some recent work has a dream like quality and is born from our rich cultural heritage of legends and poetry, which evokes feelings of mystery and enchantment.

She is adept at capturing maximum atmosphere with minimal detail.

Many of her latest items are painted in acrylic on double duck, acid free, gesso primed canvas. Paintings come initialled on the front, signed and dated on the back and with a Certificate of Authenticity. They are on a frame with painted gallery edges, so are ready to hang
